While our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thewindowsclub.com\/tweak-customize-internet-explorer-with-tweak-ie\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tweak IE<\/a> lets you tweak &amp; customize the Internet Explorer UI to suit your requirements, easily from one interface, IE9 Tweaker lets you do more on IE9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>UPDATE 22nd March:<\/strong><\/span> You may want to check out our new <strong><a title=\"TweakIE9\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thewindowsclub.com\/tweak-internet-explorer-9-with-ie-9-tweaker-plus\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">IE9 Tweaker Plus v2.0<\/a><\/strong><em> instead!<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18139\" title=\"ie9-tweaker\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thewindowsclub.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/ie9-tweaker.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"397\" height=\"367\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thewindowsclub.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/ie9-tweaker.png 397w, https:\/\/www.thewindowsclub.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/ie9-tweaker-150x138.png 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 397px) 100vw, 397px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">IE9 Tweaker lets you tweak the following settings in Internet Explorer 9:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Set menu bar to be always visible<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Set menu bar on top<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Set InPrivate Filtering to be always on<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Set 3D Border. Allowing the 3D Border will add a border between the toolbar and the web window.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Always start IE in full-screen<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Set small icons on toolbar<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Change number of maximum downloads<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Change the rows on the about:tabs page. You can set this figure between 2 -5. Internet Explorer 9 shows 2 rows of your oft-visited sites on the about:tabs page, with each row having 5 thumbnails. We have already blogged on how you can <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thewindowsclub.com\/make-internet-explorer-9-show-more-sites-on-abouttabs-homepage\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">make IE9 show more rows in the about:tabs page<\/a> manually.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Create a custom Favorites Home Page to make it display your favorites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The main feature of IE9 Tweaker is the ability to create your own customized Homepage similar to IE9\u00a0 About:Tabs page.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <em>about:tabs<\/em> page lists down the sites which are frequently visited by you. You may have to wait for a few moments for it to do its work. You will see the following page when you next start IE9.
