Windows loads only necessary drivers when you start your computer in Safe Mode<\/a>. \u00a0In this article, we will talk about this issue and see some solutions to fix this problem.<\/p>\n

Keyboard or Mouse only works in Safe Mode<\/h2>\n

If the keyboard or mouse only works in Safe Mode, use the solutions below to fix this issue. Before you try these fixes, if the issue started occurring after installing a Windows Update, you can uninstall that problematic update<\/a>.<\/p>\n

  1. Reinstall your keyboard or mouse driver<\/li>\n
  2. Check hidden devices in the Device Manager<\/li>\n
  3. Install another compatible mouse or keyboard driver<\/li>\n
  4. Remove your laptop battery<\/li>\n
  5. Troubleshoot in a Clean Boot state<\/li>\n
  6. Perform System Restore.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          4] Remove your laptop battery<\/h4>\n

          Is your laptop battery working fine? Some users reported that the issue was occurring due to a faulty laptop battery. To check this, turn off your laptop and remove its battery.
