Yeah, just like the Windows Update in Windows 10, that got stuck, and you need to restart Windows Update service.

I have a NVIDIA Graphic Card and I use the GE Force Experience to update my driver software. I really like using the GE Force Experience. However, it can take a long time to download and install. Just be patience and it will get done. These downloads can be large volumes of GBs and I think what happens is that too many people are trying to download at the same time or their servers are just slower than molasses. :O)
